Exercises for Women
Here are some good exercises for women who want to get toned and firm up. I'm going to share with you some easy exercises. Do these and the results will come. It's that simple.

1. Walking on an inclined treadmill
Forget about simply walking on a treadmill. Adjust it. Make that 1 small adjustment of inclining it 10-20 degrees and you will make a world of difference in the weight loss results you get. There is nothing here that needs explaining. Just do it for 20-30 minutes and you'll immediately drop normal treadmill walking.
2. Mini-trampoline jumping
If you don't have time to get to the gym often and you don't have time to workout for 30 minutes straight, get a mini-trampoline. Then what? Then jump on it during the free time you have... 2-3 minutes at a time. This is a great metabolism booster. Plus it gives you great flexibility on when you workout. As you know, time is precious. This gives you more quality time because you have more control on when to do this. Best time to do these... during tv commercials. Think about it!
3. Jumping jacks
I know you know these. You've done then when you were little. So why aren't you doing them now? Oh, nobody told you how great they are. Ok, I'll tell you. They're really good for weight loss when done consistently. I advocate doing these during commercials as well. What better time to do them? You take wasted time and make it useful to you.
I know this was brief, but I don't want to overload you with too many ideas. Start with these 3 good exercises for women and you'll be happy you did.
