1. Do hormone-altering spins
Think back to when you were a child. What did you do a lot of. I bet you spun around in circles a lot. It's something kids do naturally. If you saw an adult do that, you'd think that person is crazy. Well, call me crazy then. I spin all the time. Why? Because it helps me to maintain balanced hormones.
Why is this important?
Because balanced hormones give your body 100% potential to lose weight. If you don't have balanced hormones, you're at a severe disadvantage when it comes to weight loss. Weight loss will be slow or non-existant.
Spinning in a circle has the natural ability to unlock and unlease the body from it's self-imposed limitations for weight loss since they stimulate a more harmonious nature in regards to how your hormones are working with each other.
Plain and simple... get spinning. For beginners, try 5-10 spins and do 5 sets of that whenever you get a chance to do them... basically whenever nobody else is around since you don't need people thinking you're weird.
2. Jump on a mini-trampoline for 3 minutes at a time
Why 3 minutes? Because that's about how long commercial breaks are these days. The mini-trampoline is an under-appreciated piece of exercise equipment. This thing will give you freedom from having to go to a gym to lose weight. And the thing is, these 3 minute mini-workouts are AWESOME for metabolism boosting.
Much better than longer workouts.
So get going and do maybe 7-8 sets of 3 minutes on the mini-trampoline. I personally do jumping jacks on it.
